Condition & Results

Every pair of sneakers is different. Results depend on the materials, age, previous wear and existing damage. While we aim to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee that every stain, mark, crease or area of discolouration can be removed.

Some wear and imperfections are permanent. We will not carry out treatments that we believe could cause unnecessary damage to your sneakers.

1. Cancellations

If work has not started, we will consider your cancellation in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Once cleaning or restoration work has started, cancellation and refund eligibility may be affected by the work already completed, materials used and applicable legal requirements.

2. Refunds

Payments are not automatically refundable simply because a customer changes their mind after work has been completed.

However, nothing in this policy removes or limits your statutory consumer rights. If a service has not been carried out with reasonable care and skill, or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of applicable consumer law, you may be entitled to a repeat performance, price reduction or another remedy.

3. Results and Existing Damage

Sneaker cleaning and restoration results depend on the original materials, condition, previous treatments and type of staining or damage.

We cannot guarantee that every stain, crease, mark, colour issue or sign of wear will be completely removed.

Permanent staining, material deterioration, cracking, previous repairs and other existing damage may limit the results achievable. These limitations do not affect your statutory rights where our service has been performed improperly.

5. Return Postage and Refunds

KICKRESTART provides mail-in sneaker cleaning and restoration services. Customers send their own sneakers to us for treatment, after which the completed pair is returned to them.

1. Sending Your Sneakers to Us

After placing your order and completing payment, you will receive instructions explaining how to send your sneakers to KICKRESTART.

An inbound postage fee will be charged at checkout where applicable. This fee covers the agreed cost of arranging delivery of your sneakers to us.

Please wait for our sending instructions before dispatching your parcel. Sending your sneakers without the correct instructions may delay processing.

2. Packaging Your Parcel

Customers are responsible for securely packaging their sneakers before dispatch.

Please ensure that:

• Both sneakers are included.

• Any agreed accessories or items are included.

• The parcel is securely sealed and suitable for transit.

• The parcel is labelled correctly using the instructions provided.

We recommend keeping your proof of postage and tracking details until we confirm receipt.

3. Delivery to KICKRESTART

Delivery times depend on the carrier and service selected. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

We will provide any available tracking details and confirm receipt of your sneakers when possible.

Customers should contact us if their parcel is delayed, lost or appears to have been delivered incorrectly.

4. Restoration Processing

Processing begins once your sneakers have arrived and the relevant order details have been confirmed.

5. Return Delivery

Return postage is charged separately from the initial order.

Once the cleaning or restoration work is complete, we will contact you with the return delivery charge and instructions for payment.

Your sneakers will be dispatched once the return postage payment has been received and the order is ready for collection by the carrier.

6. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information when requested.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, failed collection or other customer-related issue, additional postage or redelivery charges may apply where permitted by law.
