1. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using our website contact details.
If work has not started, we will consider your cancellation in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Once cleaning or restoration work has started, cancellation and refund eligibility may be affected by the work already completed, materials used and applicable legal requirements.
2. Refunds
Payments are not automatically refundable simply because a customer changes their mind after work has been completed.
However, nothing in this policy removes or limits your statutory consumer rights. If a service has not been carried out with reasonable care and skill, or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of applicable consumer law, you may be entitled to a repeat performance, price reduction or another remedy.
Where a refund is legally due, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
3. Results and Existing Damage
Sneaker cleaning and restoration results depend on the original materials, condition, previous treatments and type of staining or damage.
We cannot guarantee that every stain, crease, mark, colour issue or sign of wear will be completely removed.
Permanent staining, material deterioration, cracking, previous repairs and other existing damage may limit the results achievable. These limitations do not affect your statutory rights where our service has been performed improperly.
4. Incorrect Service or Order Issues
If you believe you have received the wrong service or there is a problem with the work carried out, please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.
We will assess the matter fairly and work with you to resolve it in accordance with our legal obligations.
5. Return Postage and Refunds
Any return postage charges will be communicated and agreed with you before payment is requested.
Where a refund is due, any associated delivery charges will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
